Terms of Service
Effective date: April 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IronPulse, the computerized maintenance management system ("CMMS") operated by Snyder Manufacturing ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing IronPulse or opting in to receive text messages from IronPulse, you agree to these Terms.
1. Authorized use only
IronPulse is a private, employee-only platform provided for internal business use by authorized personnel of Snyder Manufacturing and New Wave, approved vendors, and contractors. You may use IronPulse only for legitimate maintenance, facility, and operational purposes in the scope of your role. You may not use IronPulse for personal, commercial, or unauthorized purposes, or attempt to access data belonging to another organization.
2. Accounts and credentials
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You will notify your supervisor or administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Accounts may be disabled or removed at the Company's discretion, including on termination of your employment or contract.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes another's rights.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or breach security features of the application or infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service (for example, by overloading it or submitting malicious input).
- Share your account credentials with anyone else, including other employees.
- Use the service in a way that would violate any law or regulation applicable to you.
4. SMS program terms
IronPulse operates an optional SMS alert program for CRITICAL-priority work orders. By checking the SMS opt-in box in your profile and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from IronPulse at that number.
- Message content: transactional notifications about work orders, including the work order number, a short description, and a link to open it in IronPulse.
- Message frequency: varies based on CRITICAL events. Most users receive a handful of messages per month; on quiet months, none at all.
- Message and data rates: may apply. Rates are set by your mobile carrier. IronPulse does not charge for messages.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or uncheck the opt-in box in your profile at any time. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further alerts.
- Help: reply HELP to any message for a support response, or contact your maintenance supervisor.
- Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No sharing: your phone number and opt-in status are used exclusively to deliver IronPulse alerts and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Content and ownership
All work orders, assets, and operational records entered into IronPulse are the property of the Company. User-submitted content (comments, photos, time logs) is licensed to the Company for operational use indefinitely. The IronPulse application itself, including its code and design, is proprietary and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
6. Privacy
Use of IronPulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
7. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep IronPulse available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance windows, upgrades, or outages affecting our hosting provider, database, or third-party services (email, SMS, AI). We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
IronPulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of IronPulse, including (without limitation) loss of profits, loss of data, equipment damage, or production downtime, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of IronPulse after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of IronPulse will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
